the Discovery X5 is one of numerous folding ebikes by JupiterBike based out of FL. While starting out with their first folding e-bike the JupiterBike DLX which the owner Rob believed the design was “ripe for the boating industry and pilots with small planes” the company has continued on to expand their folding ebike line up.
The JupiterBike Discovery X5 is the next step up in size featuring 16″ wheels. Note that unlike a standard size bike which has a wheel base of 45 inches this folding ebike is smaller with a wheelbase of 37″. This tighter wheel base size makes for a more straight up ride. It should also be noted that this e-bike is single speed but backed up with a 350W motor.
